Cancellations
Cancellation must be made no later than the
closing date (=deadline for ad materials).
Cancellations must be confirmed in writing.If the
cancellation is made after the time specified above
a charge will be added (max. the price of the
adspace).
Alterations in Advertising Rates
Additional surcharges incured by law, regulations,
or the actions of the authorities will increase rates
correspondingly. The increase is effective from the
date which the law or regulation has come into
effect.
Comments concerning ad appearance
Comments are to be made in writing within 14
days of publication.
The maximum refund is the cost of the media
space in question.
